Colours and cosmetic condition may vary, particularly for used containers.
Dimensions may vary slightly depending on manufacturer.

4. Pricing
All prices displayed are subject to change without notice.
Unless stated otherwise:
Prices may exclude VAT.
Delivery charges are quoted separately.
Quotations remain valid for the period stated within the quotation.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
5. Orders
An order is only accepted once confirmed by us in writing.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse any order.
Limit quantities.
Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages or unforeseen circumstances.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed during the ordering process.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment must be received before dispatch.
Ownership of goods remains with JCB Containers until payment has been been received in full.
Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs where permitted by law.
7. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only.
While we aim to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
Traffic.
Weather.
Supplier issues.
Transport disruption.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
Suitable delivery access.
Sufficient unloading space.
Appropriate ground conditions.
Any necessary permissions.
Failed deliveries caused by inadequate site access may incur additional charges.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of shipping containers and bespoke products, returns are accepted only where agreed by us.
Customers should inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
Any damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom-built or modified containers cannot normally be returned unless faulty.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Hire Equipment
Where containers or accommodation units are hired:
Customers are responsible for reasonable care of hired equipment.
Equipment must not be altered without written permission.
Damage beyond fair wear and tear may be charged.
Hire charges continue until equipment is collected or returned in accordance with the hire agreement.
Separate hire agreements may apply.
10. Warranties
Where applicable, products may be supplied with manufacturer or supplier warranties.
Used containers are sold according to their described condition.
Except where required by law, all other warranties are excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCB Containers shall not be liable for:
Indirect losses.
Consequential losses.
Loss of profits.
Business interruption.
Loss of opportunity.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Graphics.
Photographs.
